#wip success story!!#for a bit there i expected it to be a wip failure but i think we turned it around boys #arcane #arcane jinx #isn't it kinda cool how vi and powder don't. have last names. do vander or silco have last names #this thing has 49 layers and 1 of them is completely unrelated #approximately 8 of them are lineart #so it took 40 layers to color this.......#most of them are hidden too it's cuz i am so indecisive and afraid of messing stuff up so i just duplicate the layers and keep going #this is not a great art philosophy but it is what it is #eyestrain #my eyes got fucking STRAINED while working on this #but i love bright colors </3 #the evidence of duplicating layers is in one of my shading layers called Layer5-1-2-1-1-1-1-1-2-2-1 or something like that #i went into overdrive lowkey bc i was like this Has to be finished before arc 3 (uhh very mild act 3/trailer spoilers to follow ig)#bc i Know her look changes and god knows i was NOT gonna erase those braids i painstakingly outlined (over a year ago)#it's the principle of the thing. i basically redrew half of it anyways but only because i could not stand it if i did not #i was already feeling like euhhhhhhhhhh abt the whole composition bc when i originally drew it it was kinda half based #around her league personality #so working on it now felt like it was just. SO about those little sound bits in “BIG SHOT”, huh?

This is what I could make out in the ending bit after listening to a few audio posts here [1] [2] [3] that people have put together to try and single out the words from the audio that drowns it out. In the [1] link you can hear the voice is overlaid with a repeat of the first bit saying ‘pick up the phone‘ before the weird “oh oh oh”, which makes it a bit difficult to clearly hear the full thing being said, but focusing on the voice on many repeats, this is what I’ve concluded out of it.

A desperate voicemail from a guy who sounds like he’s about to be evicted.

quick question- thoughts on the rip-off tumblr site??? like would you care if they had your blog on there 🧍(cause rn i'm just sitting here wondering if i should limit my blog to only being able to be seen from the dashboard until someone gets rid off the rip-off :/ )

Uhh i personally wouldn't care all that much because most of what I have on here is just reblogs and the only personal posts i have are just very vague shit posts but i do think that if u personally don't want it on the knockoff site then only making it so u could see ur stuff from the dashboard is a good idea and if it's a big worry for u then u should do it

Something i think ab a lot how the walton files and harmony and horror feel like two different kids of horror to me

Like arguably they're both kind of the same bc of the very gory and terrifying focus of the videos but they feel different to me idk why

It could have to do with the fact that the walton files is more popular then harmony and horror (at least on here and yt) so there's kind of a disconnect from each other in my brain???? Or maybe it has to do with the story or sum idk I'm going nowhere with this i just really like harmony and horror and i wanted to gush ab it somewhere lmao
